Expedio Lighting Ltd operates a technical design service to plan the layout for QL4 QuarterLites in all shapes and sizes of illuminated signs. This can be single sided signs, double sided signs,unusual shapes and illuminated letters.
The design service is free of charge to ‘Sign Makers’ and provides a PDF file of the optimal layout with dimensions, for the manufacture of the sign.
The inherent benefits of LEDs allow both sign companies and end users to significantly reduce sign installation costs, energy consumption and maintenance costs
The energy savings, ease of installation, and other economical factors should not be overlooked.
Maintenance and other factors that affect the application's lifetime cost may cause problems down the road so it is wise to consider the entire assembly as a whole when designing or installing a system.

Expedio Lighting Ltd provides detailed energy saving calculations for its QL4 QuarterLites compared to other types of lighting.
These include total kWh per year costed over five years. Generally this saves greater than 65%+ of the electricity used by Fluorescents.
